Quick Study "Don't Let Fear Block Your Blessing"

Don't let fear block your blessing. Easier said than done, right? I think what we as Christians fear is not the result of something, but actually having to do it. What I am saying is that we pray and hope the Lord will come through for us but yet we are to afraid to step out in faith and wait for it. That is how I used to live my life but over the last couple of years have decided to see what happens when you stand in faith. The Lord wants to bless His children and see them prosper. He doesn't want you to have lack in your lives. Sometimes we make stupid decisions which cause us to falter financially. Guess what? If we ask the Lord to forgive us for making those decisions, He will. The last thing He will ever do is hold those silly decisions against you. Anyways, lately we have been strapped with a rather large debt which accumulated over the winter. With me currently not working, this was a pretty big deal. We had two choices. We could worry, or we could continue to give, continue to tithe, and trust that the Lord would come through for us. We decided to trust in the Lord and He came through for us in a huge way. We are no longer carrying that debt and we can see a light at the end of the tunnel. This hasn't just been a one time thing, it has been going on for almost a couple of years since we decided to live lives completely devoted to the Father. As we give, we continue to receive and the Lord continues to bless us. He wants to do this for all of His children but it is up to us to live in faith, to live in obedience. Nothing is too difficult for my God. . .nothing!!!!!!
