Quick Study "Flesh Is Death"

I know I've posted past studies on this subject, but this is something that we can never avoid talking about; the flesh. In Romans 8:6-8 we learn that a mind set on the flesh is hostile towards God; a mind set on the flesh is death. It is impossible to live a life both in the flesh and in the Spirit. But here's the great thing, we can live completely in the Spirit. "Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit." Galatians 5:24-25
As you develop a life living completely in the Spirit, you will begin to notice that you have separated yourself from those who live in the flesh. This is where the Father wants us to be. The awesome thing is that when this has happened, you know that you are being faithful and obedient to the Lord. When you are faithful and obedient, you are under the blessing which the Lord has promised you. You will not be blessed living a life in the flesh, for those people put fleshly desires before the Lord. My challenge for you today is to look at your lives, and move out of the flesh and into the Spirit.
