Quick Study "Gossip And Slander"

Since I left my last job I haven't experienced as much gossip and slander from those I work with now. The guys I worked with were non-Christians. This was how they talked; it was their way of life. Unfortunately this way of life is not only that of non-Christians, but of Christians as well. How can we possibly think that we can get away with talking behind people's backs. If we are doing this, we are not helping them in any way. The most we are doing is making the situation worse. Jesus talked with people. He talk to them face to face, not behind their backs. Jesus was in the business of ministering to and helping those in need. He was not in the back stabbing business. The Kingdom of Heaven has no use for those who gossip. So how do we stay away from gossip and slander? We focus on Jesus Christ and how He talked with people. Always remember this before you speak; "What Would Jesus Do?"
