Quick Study "I Am Not Afraid Of The Gospel"

No where in scripture does it say that we as Christians should be afraid of the gospel. No where does it say that we should not spread the gospel. So why do so many Christians shy away from the gospel when it comes up in conversation? We say we are not ashamed; but actually we are!!!!! That is exactly how I used to be. Now it is my desire to share the gospel with those who need to hear it. If a conversation arises and you need to know whether or not to talk to them about the gospel, ask the Holy Spirit for His guidance. He will not put you into a situation where you will be mocked for what you believe. We should be filled with joy and excitement because of the Lord's promise of salvation. Others need to see our joy to want our joy. We need to be bold and rejoice in the fact that we have nothing to be ashamed of.
