Quick Study "Persevere"

As Christians we face trials, tests in our lives. The devil is looking for anyway to stop our progress, to disrupt our faith. While in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was under so much physical strain that He actually sweat drops of blood. The devil would have loved it if Jesus gave in and ran, but Jesus knew He had to die. His will power was put to the test, and He passed. I believe the shed blood of Jesus in the garden won back our will power, which allows us to persevere through trials, tests, and temptations. We can stand against satan during these times of trial. Never forget, we are protected by the blood of Jesus.
