Quick Study "Give A Blessing"

As humans it seems to be in our nature to return evil with evil. Why is it that when someone does something bad to us, it is in our instinct to pay them back. I know it's hard, but we as Christians need to give a blessing back in these situations. In the word it says that if we give a blessing, we will inherit a blessing. I mean why not!!!! People persecuted Jesus on a daily basis when He was here on earth. What did Jesus do? He blessed these people. He didn't seek retribution for their actions, instead He loved Him. That is the love of God. We are to love as God loves. I challenge you to love those who persecute you. It is an awesome witness.
