Quick Study "Prayer Offered In Faith"

It is amazing how powerful faith is, especially when used in prayer. We continue to pray for those who we know are suffering. Whether this suffering is a sickness, disease, or some other attack of the enemy, we know as Christians and faith people that our prayers are powerful and effective. Even in our little church, we have seen amazing answers to prayer for many people whom we have stood in faith for and prayed for. There is one little boy in particular we as a church have prayed and praised God for on a daily basis since he was born. This child already has a powerful ministry and is changing the lives of so many people around him, including me. The night he was born, I truly saw how powerful God is and how powerful prayer is. This prompted me to make huge changes in my life because I finally saw that God is a GOOD GOD, and He wants us to focus on Him and praise Him for all the good that happens to us and to others. We don't pray for this boy because we have to, we pray for Him because we know how powerful God is and that He honors those who are faithful and obedient to Him. There is such a huge network of people praying for this young boy, and God will honor those prayers. "Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1 This is why it is so important for us to be in faith when we pray. If we want this boy whom we are praying to be well, we need to believe and see him as being well. I said it before and I will say it again, God honors those who are faithful and obedient to Him and His word.
