Quick Study "Only The Finest"
Did you realize that the Lord wants nothing but the best for His children? He wants only the finest for those who are faithful and obedient to Him. I mean who else offers full body armor for the protection of their loved ones!!! Lately I've been thinking about how important the armor of God is. If you don't trust in God, you are defenseless against the evil powers in this world. If you have the armor of God, no evil in this world can come near you or set its hand upon you. The important thing in all of this for us as Christians is to develop the armor, we need to strengthen the armor. We need to be confessing the armor of God in our lives. Our struggle is not against the flesh, but against the evil forces and powers in this world. The armor is very important to our everyday walk, but if we don't develop the armor, it will do us no good. Make sure that you develop the armor, so you can stand firm against the devil and all of his senseless attacks.

Every morning I put on God's armor, the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, my feet fitted with the gospel, the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit. For many years i didn't understand what that verse meant, but now, I can sure tell when I haven't put it on. God's Word is the sword. that is why it is so important to hide God's Word in our hearts. God equips us for battle, but praise God we don;t have to fight the battle on our own. mom
