If You Can't Stand The Heat. . .

If you are like me, you are probably sick and tired of the heat we've been experiencing these past couple of weeks. While sitting here and relaxing (after a long day outside), the old saying, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen" came into my head. Then I thought of a new saying which goes like this, "If you can't stand the heat, stay away from hell!!!!" It is so easy for us as believers to adapt to the flesh, yet we seem to struggle with adapting to the spirit. It is only through the Father that we can reach eternity in heaven. We need to be totally committed to Him, 100% with no excuses. An eternity of extreme heat should not sit well with anyone. This is why it is so important for us to be a witness to others; to be ready at all times to spread the gospel. We don't want to experience the heat, so don't allow others the experience of hell. Give them a glimpse of heaven, an eternity with the Almighty Creator.
